Hey everyone! I'm very excited today to be able to share Polished by KPT's latest collection with you! This one is called Comic XOdus Part II, and is a follow-up to the first Cosmic XOdus polishes released around this time last year.

Ready to take a look?
First, here is Polished by KPT- Dancing Around Jupiter:

Dancing Around Jupiter is a rich, warm burgundy base with gold and violet duochrome shimmer. This is a surprisingly sexy color, especially for the season!
Artificial light, two coats:

Closer!

Formula: It has an amazing medium- thick viscosity and is nearly opaque in one creamy coat. I used two for swatches, but this is great overall!
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Electro-Magnetic:

Electro-Magnetic is a violet purple base filled with dense, ultrafine blue shimmer that gives a duochrome effect.
Artificial light, two coats:

Closer!

How gorgeous is that?!
Formula: It's sheerer and the viscosity is a bit thinner than Dancing Around Jupiter, although still very workable and doesn't run away into cuticles. Dry down is pretty fast, and I really only needed two coats for opacity since the second coat cling so nicely to the first, building well.
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Show Me Polaris:

Show Me Polaris is the thermal version of Electro-Magnetic. It's a warm-sensitive thermal, so when warmed it transitions to a soft blue-toned opal color.
Artificial light, three coats:

And, here are the two thermal states separated using warm and cold water:

You can see it transitions back to the cool state pretty quickly at the tips of the nails there due to cooler ambient temperatures (about ~64° F when I took these photos.)
Formula: It has a nice medium viscosity but is pretty sheer- the base is quite jellyish. Dry-down is pretty quick, and it does seem to build nicely. Opaque in three smooth coats!
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Quantum:

Quantum is a rich warm berry magenta base filled with dense, ultrafine blue-violet shimmer. This is the non-thermal version of Polished by KPT- A Dream With A Dream.
Artificial light, two coats:

Closer!

The contrast of the shimmer and base in this one is very punchy! So pretty!
Formula: It's a similar medium viscosity to Electro-Magnetic, but is particularly creamy and very self-leveling. Opaque in two easy coats, great texture!
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Gaia:

Gaia is a warm-sensitive thermal polish with color-shifting blue-violet ultrafine shimmer. When cold, it's slightly dusty, blue-leaning deep green (jade?), and when warm, it transitions to a more transparent light green that sometimes looks wamer-toned.
Artificial light, three coats:

Closer:

Warmer:

And here are the two thermal states separated with warm and cool water:

And the warm nails beginning to cool quickly:

Formula: It's very similar to Show Me Polaris in every way. Sheer, but great workable texture, builds well, and is opaque in three easy coats.
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Zero Gravity:

Zero Gravity is a warm coppery-brown base filled with gold-magenta shimmer that gives a lovely duochrome flash.
Artificial light, two coats:

Closer:

Very unique and beautiful shade, but not especially flattering on me!
Formula: It's creamy, self-leveling, and has a nice medium-thick viscosity. Very easy to apply- opaque in two coats! Very nice!
--
Next, Polished by KPT- Sol:

Sol is a warm-sensitive thermal that's orange when cold and a creamy peach, more translucent color, when warm. The shimmer is golden-pink.
Artificial light, three coats:

This is a really fun and refreshing shade to encounter in Winter!
Closer!

Thermal states separated with warm and cool water:

Formula: It's very similar to the other two thermals in texture, although is the sheerest one here. At three coats, visible nail line is noticeable for me, but not very intrusive until the polish changes to the warm state. The texture is very nice though.
--
Finally, here is the topper of the collection, Polished by KPT- Snow On Saturn:

Snow On Saturn is a clear-based topper filled with holographic microglitter, small color-shifting blue-purple flake, as well as ultrafine shimmer that shifts between violet and blue...and sometimes you see hints of gold as well.
The combination of the holo microglitter and all the other particles is really fabulous. Very sparkly and so pleasing!
Artificial light, once coat over black:

Holo!

You can layer this polish over anything, but I thought it looked especially nice over Gaia:

Formula: It's well-suspended, and all the particles spread over nail surface easily. A great density, too!
--
Overall, I think this collection is really color diverse with something that will definitely appeal to each person. At the same time, they are unified as a set by their color-shifting shimmers. I was really happy to see more thermals from KPT, since those are so interesting to me lately, and the addition of the Snow On Saturn top coat is really nice too, making the entire collection more flexible and even more sparkly!
Formula-wise, all had excellent textures, especially the non-thermal shades. The thermals were all a bit sheerer, though still buildable. Nothing really to complain about!
I think my favorites are Show Me Polaris, Dancing Around Jupiter, and of course Snow On Saturn, which I've been wearing over black for days!

I'd love to know what you think!
Which is your favorite here?
