Hey nail friends! How was your Holiday weekend? Today I have some simple nail art using two gorgeous Femme Fatale shades.
Polishes in question:

Femme Fatale- Always Tea-Time, Femme Fatale- Hundred Years Winter
Hundred Years Winter, from the White Witch collection, was a giant lemming of mine for a while, and I missed it the first time on color4nails, but was able to get it during the next restock. Always Tea-Time is from the more recent Mad Tea Party Collection. (I've also swatched Mad As A Hatter from the same set here.)

Hundred Years Winter has this warm mauvey-plum creme base filled with dense, fine seafoamy blue shimmer. Love!

Closer:

For this nail art, I used two coats of Hundred Years Winter on all nails, and then used Glisten & Glow- HK Girl on top since it's a quick drying top coat. When everything was fully set, I added WhatsUp Nails Circle Tape pieces to the half-moon area and tips on the two middle nails. I added one quick coat of Always Tea Time to those areas, quickly removed the vinyl guides, and then topcoated again!
The WhatsUpNails circle tape guides are my new favorite thing to use for half-moons- it really gives a nice shape, I think! You can use plenty of stuff for that purpose, including binder ring reinforcers or French tip guides, but this circle tape is NICE.

It's safe to say I really love Hundred Years Winter. I mean, look at that!
What do you think?
