China Glaze Lite Brites Watermarble [Nail Art]

Hey everybody! How was your weekend? We enjoyed some really lovely weather here in Chicago, so that was nice!

Today I just have a simple watermarble design to share. It's been a while since I've done one, and well, maybe I'm out of practice a bit!

For this design I used my three picks from the Summer 2016 China Glaze Lite Brites collection! (If you missed it, I have plain swatches of them here.)

The base I used was OPI- Tiramisu for Two, which is a nice pinkish-toned nude from last Fall's Venice collection. So, that neutral base definitely didn't make these shades "pop" as much as white would've, but I thought it was interesting and pretty where I allowed it to peek through on the thumb and pinkie! (And, it's pretty much a near-perfect "mannequin-hands" nude for me!)

I liked how the shimmer in What I Like About Blue blended throughout this marble!

I guess with this manicure, I'm most unhappy with my cuticle lines. My cleanup brush (the last E.LF. concealer brush I have) is reaching its bitter end, and I just couldn't get a nice, small clean line. I can't seem to find the E.L.F. concealer brushes anymore as I think they've been discontinued, so if anyone has an alternative cleanup brush they swear by, I'd love to know!

I look forward to trying more watermables this year! They are quite fun for me to do- if a little unpredictable!

What do you think?
Cleanup brush recommendations?
