It's a deep olive-toned grey creme, a very interesting color. Looks almost black in very low light, but most of the time does not appear like a harsh black.
I probably shouldn't be wearing this when it's still 85+ degrees F out, but I needed a change of pace.

I love grey polish, and have a ton. Surprisingly, I had nothing quite like this in my collection. It is, however, not the best grey for my skintone, alas.
In some situations it almost looks like a blue-based grey, but it is for sure on the greener side. In fact, it reminds me of Zoya- Kelly's greener cousin. They are about the same depth of color, just different tones.
Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, overcast shade:

It looks way cooler and teal-er here than in most other situations.
Formula: I have no complaints about the formula. Two coat coverage: first is streaky, second is perfect. Typical OPI creme formula.
Now the fun part- comparisons!

Essie- Power Clutch, OPI- Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!
These are definitely in the same family. The bottles look very similar, but Essie- Power Clutch is a bit lighter.

Nubar- Stronghold, OPI- Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!
Nubar- Stronghold is a very neutral medium-dark grey. They look really close here, but I think that's my lightbox playing tricksies.

Zoya- Kelly, OPI- Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!
Next to Zoya- Kelly, NNNOF begins to look green!

Misa- Office Polish-tics, OPI- Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!
Misa- Office Polish-tics is even cooler than Zoya- Kelly, and so NNNOF looks even more olive-toned in comparison.
Here they are all together:

And Swatches (unfortunately not in the same order as the bottles, but you get the idea):

(Window-filtered, natural light)
So I would say Essie- Power Clutch is pretty similar, and if you have one, you may not need the other.
And, one final note: I don't have it to compare, but Zoya sent me one of those little swatch-plate dealies with the spoons, and Noot from the 2012 Fall Designer Collection looks suspiciously dupish to me.
