A England- Order Of The Garter is a medium cerulean blue with glassflecky tonal aqua shimmer.

I can't decide if this type of blue/ finish combination is Summery or Wintery. Maybe it's year-round?!

Formula: It's thinnish, and pretty sheer too. The base is jellyish. The first coat is streaky and patchy, but doesn't cuticle drag unless you go over a single area too many times. The second coat clings well to the first, and feels much thicker as a result. It evens out most of the patchiness, but I still had some patchy areas toward the cuticle, so I added a third.
Not my favorite formula ever, however, the end result- which I was very pleased with- is totally worth the trouble, and it wore pretty well, too. It's just a gorgeous polish once it's built up!
