Summer is approaching (or already in here in some parts!), so brace yourself for neon nail polish!
Essie's Summer 2013 Neon collection has been out for a little while, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone missed it!
There are six neon shades, all cremes of which are cremes I think. There seems to be a dancing/ clubbing theme? Hmmm...
