Cirque- Panacea is from the Spring 2014 collection called Heritage, which celebrates "the richly spirited traditions and arts of these [Native American] indigenous groups."

Panacea is a medium chartreuse linear holographic polish.
Artificial light, two coats:

Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, shade:

I think this is a really lovely, vibrant green even when the holo particles aren't so apparent.
Sun!

Ah, sorry about the dog hair- so unprofesh!
The strength of the holographic effect is about average. It's not as strong as the Nfu*Oh linear holos or the Color Club ones, for instance, but is stronger than some others I've seen. I know that holo pigment makes the base color less vibrant, so it's a balancing act. I do appreciate how vividly green this one is, so really no complaints!!
Formula: It has a medium-thick, jelly-like viscosity that paints on easily without dragging. It is a little sheer, but buildable, and basically opaque in two thicker coats (or three thin ones)! Really excellent formula for a holo!
What say you?
I quite like this! The green is so unique and vibrant. The holographic finish to it is a added bonus too.
ReplyI agree! It was a blast wearing it. :)
