Cirque- Luminous Owl is from the Spring 2014 collection called Heritage. I've previously swatched Panacea, a vibrant chartreuse, from the same collection, here.
Luminous Owl is a dusty, pink-leaning coral polish with a linear holographic finish. In some lights, the overall color is more like a dusty rose than a coral.

Somehow I bounced the flash in a way that got the holo-ness to show up inside! Rainbows!

This is super wearable, and I don't have another holographic polish like it!

Formula: It is slightly thicker and a little more opaque than Panacea, but also does not self-level quite as well. It goes on pretty smoothly, but I had to use thicker coats than I was comfortable with due to the viscosity. I didn't get any bubbling though! You could almost wear this at one coat- it is that opaque. I used two for swatches.

Its such a pretty holographic especially with those shots of it sparkling in the sun :D
