I know it's been quite a while since my last edition of Recent Accent Nails! I've been trying to do more nail art on the regular, so that has somewhat supplanted my use of the accent nails, I think. So, these manicures span the last seven months or so!
I'm 95% sure that the base here is Butter London- Scouse. It's been a long time, so that's my best guess! The topper on the ring and middle nails is Formula X for Sephora- Demolition.
The creme coral pink here is Zoya- LC, and the blue flecked foil is Zoya- FeiFei.
This is Butter London- Trifle, swatched here, with Butter London- Lucy In The Sky on the ring and pinkie nails.
The chartreuse is Zoya- Mitzi, and the glassflecky shimmer topper is a new, limited edition polish from the drugstore: Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure- Take the Leap.
Finally, here is my most favorite recent experiment! (Sorry about the scratches- I have no idea what I did to myself there!)
The ring nail has Zoya- Faye, and the jelly finish on the other nails is Zoya- Paloma. On the middle nail, I've sandwiched Faye in between layers of Paloma, and I think it looks super interesting to have a foil jelly sandwich, with the metallic finish peeking through!
I love a good accent nail. My favorite combo is the blue and the glitter, it's fantastic!
ReplyGreat manicures! I love doing accent nails, that's basically the types of nail art I do pretty regularly on a daily basis. A simple manicure with a sparkly accent nail or two.

ReplyI love how you mix textures and colors in polish, which makes these nail accent posts so interesting. Maybe you could mix them up with your nailart? Sometimes when I'm too lazy to do nailart on all my nails I do two nails with nail art (accent) and the others in a different solid color :)
