Today I have Barielle- Elle's Spell to show you! Elle's Spell might very well be Barielle's most well-known shade.
Elle's Spell is a cool-toned red, almost berry, jelly base filled with rainbow flakies. They mostly show up red-orange-yellow through the color of the base.
Flakies + jelly is one of the best nail polish combos ever, in my opinion, so let's take a look!
Artificial light, three coats:
This polish is a must-have if you are even remotely into reds. It's gorgeous, and I don't even know what else to say! It glows!
Window-filtered daylight:
Outside, shade:
Formula: The base is sheer (being a jelly), but builds up nicely. It could easily be worn at two coats, but I did three to deepen the color. There is also no shortage of flakies, and the polish is balanced very nicely overall- I'm impressed! It was also a nice consistency and easy to apply.
What a fun polish! I agree, flakies in jelly are really neat looking.
