Zoya- Trixie [Swatch]

By request, here is Zoya- Trixie, the perfect light silver foil.

This is quite an old Zoya polish, I think (from the 'Extreme' collection), but I've sort of had it in the back of my mind for a little while, so I went ahead and got it during the company's recent promotion.  I do not regret it!

Artificial light, two coats:

I was jokingly asked if I were a cyborg while wearing this, and it's true- it's a very space robot kind of polish.  Very, very reflective and noticeable.

Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, shade:

Formula: The formula was thicker and more opaque than I was expecting- without application issues.  It's a one-coater if you're careful!  I did two for swatches.

Beautiful! I got a comment on this one that it reminds her of a "Lady of the Night". I'll always remember that comment. I love Trixie though.

Haha, that's the funniest thing! It's so weird when people are judgemental about nail polish...of all things. :)

It's probably great for nail art too, now that you mention it.

That shade is not really my shade but I would wear a silver blue with that shade of silver. The plain silver is not the right match for me. I like the fact that the formula is opaque.

Sometimes it is tiring and time consuming to have to wait for nail polish to dry. I usually apply two coats- two of the main color and one of a glitter or something else that highlights the main coats. This nail polish looks like it would provide the right look for a date or for business for someone else but not for me.
