Here is Rescue Beauty Lounge- Bikini Bottom, which was released as part of the Spongebob Squarepants collection in 2008, I believe.

Bikini Bottom is a subdued, green-tinged light blue jelly. It's almost a perfect seafoam color. At least what I think of as "seafoam."
Artificial light, four coats:

Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, shade:

Formula: It's neither thick nor thin, with a medium consistency- but very, very sheer. It's not very pigmented at all. Also, it will cuticle drag if you use excessive brushstrokes during application, but otherwise applied okay- just keep in mind you have a finite amount of time to fiddle with the polish during each coat. I needed four coats to get rid of obvious VNL.
I also encountered some weird bubbling issues, which maybe you can see in the swatches. The bubbles didn't rise to the surface of the polish; they stayed underneath, and just made the whole finish look bumpy and off. Ew.
So, I don't know, I love this particular hue, and I love it in a jelly, but I wish it were slightly less sheer, and easier to apply. Next time, I'll try it layered over something similar, and see if that helps.
