First up is Misa- Peach Passion:

Peach Passion is a peachy melon creme. This type of color will probably flatter just about every skin tone.

Artificial light, two coats:

This is very similar to Essie- Haute As Hello, but brighter and cleaner if you can believe that! I think I prefer it.
Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, shade:

Peach Passion will be a fun one to wear on toes in the Summer...
Formula: Thick and creamy, and self-levels surprisingly well for this type of color! It might create bald patches if you really overwork it, but you have a lot of time to play around, in my opinion, since it does self-level beautifully. Two easy coats were all I needed.
I was surprised and pleased with the application of Peach Passion. (For example, Butter London- Trout Pout , Barielle- Blossom , and Essie- Haute As Hello are both similar colors with far inferior formulas which tend to cuticle drag and generally give people trouble.)
One drawback to mention is that it is strong-smelling.

Next is Misa- Lovely Lychee:

Lovely Lychee is a bright, blue-based, medium pink creme with very cool undertones.

Artificial light, two coats:

Window-filtered daylight:

Outside, shade:

This is a special kind of pink color, almost bordering on light purple?
Sun:

Formula: Just about perfect; thick, creamy and pigmented, gliding on the nail effortlessly! Many people might be able to get away with just one coat, but I used two for swatches.

Overall, I'm super thrilled to have these two in my stash. I'm consistently impressed by Misa, and think the brand is really underrated. If the rest of the Summer 2013 Fresh And Fruity collection is anything like these two, then it might be worth it for some people to look into the other colors. (I just picked two that would be more unique to what I already owned.)
I've told you like a million times how much I love your swatches, so I won't tell you again. Okay, I will....I love your swatches! These are beautiful colors:)
ReplyHaha, aw thanks! It's good to hear I'm doing something right!
I have to agree, your swatches are gorgeous!
ReplyThank You lady!
