Revlon Parfumerie- Autumn Spice is a warm-toned, medium-dark brown containing bronze & red flakie-type shimmer.
It's also got a gimmick: it's scented! Is it too late in the season for a polish called "Autumn Spice?" I hope not!

It looks much more red-toned in the bottle than it does on my nails, for the most part. This brown does have a lot of depth, though.

So, does this look fantastic in the sun? Yes. In all other conditions? Not so much. In my opinion, this one is prettier in the bottle, and a lot of times just looks pretty dark, with the shimmer not punching through enough.

Formula: The viscosity is on the thicker side, and it's quite pigmented as well. It goes on pretty smoothly, but miiiiight cuticle drag if you severely underload the brush. Opaque in two coats.
I thought had no problems, but the shimmer in this actually clumps up upon itself as you paint. It's very strange, and I'm not sure how else to describe it. It doesn't really affect the end result toooo much, unless you look very closely.
About the packaging: The bottle certainly does have a retro, classy feel. It's very pretty, and unique! I did not enjoy the round handle for painting, though. There was too little to grab onto/ stabilize. The brush is good (round, medium), but I was disappointed by the label: it's a little off-centered and sloppily adhered. But, meh, this is good for drugstore, I think!
Scent: Cinnamon & sugar maybe? The smell loses the alcohol tinge once the polish dries down, and is actually very pleasant. It lasts pretty strongly for about 24 hours through all sorts of activites (this is with a top coat), including washing the dishes, ect. Towards the end of the first day, the scent is quite faint, but still detectable.
That macro shot is gorgeous! A bit of a disappointment that the shimmer doesn't show much IRL. Pretty swatches as always, thanks for sharing :)
