Here is Picture Polish- Lagoon! Lagoon is a 2013 collaboration shade by Fashion Polish, as you can see.
Lagoon is a teal (or deep turquoise) base filled with small flakie shimmer and teal hexagonal glitters.
Artificial light, two coats:
This was a long-time lemming of mine, and it does not disappoint! I think this shade of teal is really easy to wear- and gorgeous!
Outside, shade:
Formula: It's nice! The consistency is just right: on the thicker side, but not too thick. It flows over the nail, and the particles in it are easy to distribute. Opaque in two easy coats!
This is definitely a lem of mine. It is too beautiful!
